London Designer Outlet prides itself on offering a consistent level of guest service to ensure your visit is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Our Guest Services is located on the Ground Floor Level near the entrance from Lakeside Way. It is run by our welcoming, helpful and informative team, who are always ready to assist you with any queries you may have during your visit to London Designer Outlet or, prior to arrival.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the public areas of the Centre.

Easy access for all

London Designer Outlet (LDO) offers easy access to make visiting accessible for all our guests, including those with disabilities. There is step-free access from the platforms at Wembley Park Tube right into LDO, and eight bus routes serve the centre via Empire Way, which also offers step-free access for all.  Red Car Park – nearest to LDO - includes numerous disabled and family parking spaces, concentrated for convenience towards the Ground and First Floors and served by lifts to all levels. There are disabled toilets located in our toilet areas, as well as family facilities.

Whether you wish to shop, dine, enjoy a drink with friends or watch a movie at Cineworld, you will find that everything at LDO is accessible by lift as well as by escalator.  

FREE Shopmobility services are available from Red Car Park next to LDO. This enables you to hire, free of charge, wheelchairs and motorised scooters. Please book in advance so you can be sure you will have the wheelchair or scooter you want, at a time to suit you.  Just call Guest Services on 020 8912 5210 and we will take care of everything. We can even arrange to bring your Shopmobility scooter to your car if you park in Red Car Park.

As you would expect when loaning out such expensive equipment, before your first hire there’s some paperwork we need to complete and for that we will need some information from you.  But don’t worry, we’ll only ask you for this once, as after that you’ll be set up on our system.  For your first hire we will ask you to complete a Shopmobility hire form and also provide:

  • Proof of identification for you or, if you have a carer, for your carer - a current passport, driving licence, or a blue badge
  • AND Proof of address – an original of a utility bill in your name (less than 3 months old)
  • £20 cash deposit (refundable) – we do not accept card payments on this deposit

Our expert team will train you on how to use a scooter (first time users) and then you’re good to go!

Guests can hire Shopmobility items at any time during trading hours; the last hire is issued two hours before the stores close so please check opening hours by checking the homepage.

Shop and Drop: Bag storage is free. 

Opening 11am to 8pm*. Last collection 30mins before closing. 

*Subject to extended hours on Stadium and Arena event days, please check with a member of the Guest Services team for details. Sunday shop and drop hours: 12am - 4pm.

Event ticket bookings can be organised for you. 

Phone Charging units are available for use.

Photobooth is available for passport photos.

Tax Free Shopping is available in a number of shops – check individual shops for details. If you purchase anything from a Premier Tax-Free store then you can get an instand refund on site at our on site Currency Exchange (ooposite Wenzel's).

Gift Cards are available for purchase for a minimum of £10 and increasing in £5 denominations. Buy online now HERE! Subject to terms and conditions. 

Cash Machines are located under the escalators by Nike.

Lost Property

We appreciate how frustrating it can be to lose something.  So at LDO we do everything we can to reunite people with the things they’ve mislaid.  The good news is that unlike at most other retail destinations, at LDO it doesn’t matter where within the centre you lose your property, as all Lost Property items  - whether mislaid in a store, restaurant or out in the malls – are sent to Guest Services as soon as they are found, usually within 24 hours.  So you’ve only one contact point, and only one telephone number to call: 020 8912 5210.

Every effort is made to reunite a piece of Lost Property with its owner but sometimes items remain unclaimed.  All Lost Property is stored securely off-site and retained for three months after being handed in to Guest Services.  If the item remains unclaimed after three months LDO reserves the right to dispose of it as it sees fit.
