Would you like to enjoy a day’s shopping without the hassle of carrying all of your bags and getting them home? You need to try Dropit, LDO’s new store-to-door delivery service.
LDO is offering FREE next day delivery in mainland Britain for the first 3,000 guests spending £125 in a single day across anywhere in LDO*. All purchases bought at any of LDO’s 50 outlet stores^ can be gathered together and swiftly delivered to your home, hotel or workplace at a time and date of your choice, with same-day deliveries available in some locations within the M25.
The service launched on Saturday 1st December and will be free-of-charge for the first 3,000 guests spending £125, and when all the free passes have been used the next day delivery service costs just £10.50.
HOW IT WORKS You shop, You drop, LDO delivers.
Before you shop, download Dropit’s simple app in the App Store or Google Play Store (if you don’t have a smartphone, speak to a member of staff in any of LDO’s participating stores).
Take your goods to the till point and let the store know you’d like to use the Dropit delivery service, the store staff will take care of the rest.
As you shop, you can leave your purchases in each LDO store. With your day pass you can drop unlimited shopping bags throughout the day, in any of LDO’s stores.
When you’ve done with your shopping we’ll group your bags (from each store) and send to your door in one delivery. Track your shopping within the app and we’ll let you know when we’re on the way.
The next day (or even the same day depending on where you live!) you can enjoy your purchases without the hassle of carrying your bags home.

Terms and Conditions *Deliveries to one nominated address (home, office or hotel) are made by Dropit on behalf of London Designer Outlet (LDO). Participating guests must download the Dropit app and register a nominated payment card and address details to access the service. All guests will initially be charged £10.50 for each one-day Dropit delivery pass and during the promotion period qualifying guests will have this fee refunded within 24 hours to their nominated payment card. A maximum of 3,000 free one-day Dropit passes will be available for those LDO guests spending £125+ in a single day between 1st December 2018 and 6th January 2019. Once 3,000 free Dropit passes have been distributed – even if before 6th January 2019 – the promotion will end and a day pass rate of £10.50 will be charged, irrespective of spend. During the promotion period, guests who do not spend £125+ at LDO will pay £10.50 for a one-day Dropit pass and this will be the charge for the service from 7th January 2019. The £125+ qualifying spend covers total spend at LDO, including at the restaurants and cinema. Proof of spend will be from receipts scanned into the LDO pages of the Dropit app or via the Dropit smartphone within LDO Guest Services. No other form of proof will be accepted. There is no limit as to the number of shopping bags able to be combined into one Dropit delivery from LDO. Items must not exceed £5,000 in value. Over-sized items such as big-screen TVs are excluded from the service, as are any foodstuffs. Items are fully insured by Dropit from the moment they are sealed and scanned into a Dropit bag in-store to the moment they are delivered to the nominated address, but at all other times they are at the guest’s risk.
