Celebrate the season of giving and help us donate 300 pairs of shoes to Solace London.
For the second year running we are partnering with Solace Women’s Aid as our Christmas charity partner. We want to provide women and children in Solace refuges with a pair of shoes or trainers this winter.
This year we have widened our donation campaign to not only include children that are in a refuge site over Christmas but to include women too. No one should have to go without such a basic necessity.
Our aim over the festive season is to donate 300 pairs of shoes to Solace.
We’re looking to support women who are rebuilding their lives and enhance their confidence by having appropriate footwear to attend an interview, or help their mental health by taking part in exercise and activities with their children. We also want to ensure every child in a Solace refuge has a pair of substantial winter shoes.
A number of our stores are supporting us by donating shoes, but we are looking for support from you, our customers.
Want to get involved?
All you need to do is purchase a pair of winter shoes from London Designer Outlet and drop them off at Guest Services before 8th December.
When you drop your shoes off for donation, you can complete a donation gift tag to include a personal message.
We’re looking for children’s shoes suitable for age 4-8 year old boys and girls and women’s sizes 4-7 UK.
There are a variety of footwear brands available offering shoes of varying styles and price points.
We can only accept new shoes that are purchased from stores within London Designer Outlet. Please ensure they are sensible winter shoes so women and children can keep their feet warm during the colder months.
As a thank you from LDO, the first 100 people to donate a pair of shoes will receive one of our canvas tote bags (one per person, while stocks last).

Solace Women’s Aid has 22 centres across London boroughs, including Brent, and offers free advice and support to women and children to build safe and strong lives – striving to offer them futures free from abuse and violence.
