‘You’re Halfway There’ Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is run by London Designer Outlet (LDO), Wembley Park Blvd, Wembley Park, Wembley HA9 0FD
  2. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, LDO, their agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. The competition will run on the following three concert/event dates: 4th, 6th and 9th September 2026. There will be one winner per event date.
  4. How to enter: To enter, participants must:
    • take a photo at the designated “Halfway There” sign at London Designer Outlet;
    • follow @londondesigneroutlet on Instagram
    • share their photo to their Instagram Story and tag @londondesigneroutlet so that LDO can see the entry.

No purchase is necessary.

  1. Entries must be shared before the advertised end time of the concert/event taking place at Wembley on the relevant date. Entries shared after the concert/event has ended will not be eligible.
  2. If an entrant’s social media account is private, they must ensure they are following @londondesigneroutlet before the entry deadline.
  3. One winner will be selected from all valid entries received on each of the three promotion dates. Winners will be selected at random by LDO or its appointed representative.
  4. Each winner will receive one London Designer Outlet voucher worth £50.00. The voucher is subject to any terms, conditions and expiry dates that apply to it. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. Winners will be contacted by LDO via social media using the account from which they entered. Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange collection of their prize.
  6. Winners must collect their voucher from Guest Services at London Designer Outlet within 30 days of being notified that they have won. Winners will be asked to provide proof of identity when collecting their prize. If a winner does not collect their voucher within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
  7. Only genuine entries that comply with these Terms & Conditions will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably considers to be fraudulent, inappropriate, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  8. Entrants remain responsible for the content they share and must have the right to post any photograph submitted as part of their entry. Where other identifiable people appear in the photograph, entrants should have their permission to share it.
  9. LDO may ask winners for permission to share or repost their competition content on its own social media channels. Any wider use of entrant content will be subject to the permissions obtained from the entrant.
  10. Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the competition, contact winners and arrange prize collection, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy.
  11. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or the relevant social media platform. By entering, participants acknowledge that the social media platform has no responsibility for the promotion.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of winners are final.
