FREE mobile phone charging:

LDO provides up to 30 minutes of secure, FREE phone charging via units on level 2.

Tax Free Shopping: 

In addition to LDO’s big outlet savings, non-EU citizens can make their shopping experience even cheaper by receiving a tax refund on all products purchased at LDO. All you need to do is look for the Tax Refund sign when you are shopping and ask the cashier for a Tax Refund Form.

For any purchases, when you are at the airport and about to leave the UK/EU, show custom officials your purchases, your receipts and your passport. They will validate the refund. Finally, either take your documents to the Tax Refund Office at the airport (if there is one) or send your claim in the post. The money will be refunded to you.


DropIt Shopping

You shop, you drop and LDO delivers

As part of our safety measures over this time we are offering FREE hands free shopping with our Dropit service.

All purchases bought at any of LDO’s 50 outlet stores^ can be gathered together and swiftly delivered to your home, hotel or workplace at a time and date of your choice, with same-day deliveries available in some locations within the M25.

FREE Shop and Drop Service:

Shop hands-free at LDO with our FREE Shop ‘n’ Drop service.  Simply drop your LDO shopping into Guest Services and we will store it for you until you’re ready.

The Service is open during normal trading hours, with the last collection 30 minutes before LDO’s shops close.  On event days at the Stadium, Shop ‘n’ Drop is available until 30 minutes after the scheduled end time of the event*.

*Some things to note: FREE Service for over 18s and only applies to shopping bought that day at LDO. Items must be collected same day or a charge may be incurred. If you have any questions, please check with Guest Services before using Shop ‘n’ Drop.  


These are FREE to use (for most UK-issued cards, though please check with your bank) and are located under the escalators by Nike on Level 00.

LDO Gift Cards:

Available from Guest Services, these make a popular ‘thank you’ or gift and can be used at all shops, coffee shops, restaurants and even the cinema at LDO.  Gift cards start from £10 and increase in £5 denominations thereafter. Easy access for all:

London Designer Outlet (LDO) is designed to be easily accessible for all our guests, including those with disabilities.

There is step-free access from the platforms at Wembley Park Tube right into LDO, and eight bus routes serve the centre via Empire Way, which also offers step-free access for all.  Red Car Park – nearest to LDO – includes numerous disabled and family parking spaces, concentrated for convenience towards the Ground and First Floors and served by lifts to all levels. There are disabled toilets located in our toilet areas, as well as family facilities.

Whether you wish to shop, dine, enjoy a drink with friends or watch a movie at Cineworld, you will find that everything at LDO is accessible by lift as well as by escalator.

FREE Shopmobility services: 

Shopmobility is available from Guest Services next to Clarks, enabling you to hire, free of charge, wheelchairs and motorised scooters. Please call Guest Services on 020 3744 4470 for your Shopmobility scooter to be brought to your car if you park in Red Car Park.

As you would expect when loaning out such expensive equipment,  there’s some paperwork to complete and for that we will need some information from you.  We will ask you to complete a Shopmobility hire form and also provide:

  • Proof of identification for you or, if you have a carer, for your carer – a current passport, driving licence, or a blue badge
  • AND Proof of address – an original of a utility or council tax bill in your name (less than 3 months old)
  • £20 cash deposit (refundable) – we do not accept card payments on this deposit

Our expert team will train you on how to use a scooter (first time users) and then you’re good to go! Guests can hire Shopmobility scooters at any time during trading hours; the last hire is issued two hours before the stores close so please check opening hours.

Baby Changing Facilities / Parent and Child Facilities:

The Parent and Child facilities are located in the main toilet block, on level 1 near Clarks and opposite Denby.

Taxi Bookings:

Local taxis may be booked via Guest Services.  There is also a licenced black taxi rank outside Wembley Park Tube (no booking required).


Personal photography is of course allowed within LDO, though we ask all guests to respect and adhere to any requests by our Security Teams should they ask for photography to cease.  Photography for any other reason or use is not allowed within LDO without the express permission of the Senior Duty Manager or Marketing Team.

Guests should also be aware that at any time photographers may be on-site at London Designer Outlet. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer know at the time.

Code of Conduct:

LDO is private property.  We ask our guests to behave in a way which respects others, including the staff and teams who work at LDO.  A copy of LDO’s Code of Conduct is available at every entrance to the centre and we ask all our guests to adhere to this.

Lost Property:

We appreciate how frustrating it can be to lose something and do everything we can to reunite people with the things they’ve mislaid.  The good news is that unlike at most other retail destinations, at LDO it doesn’t matter where within the centre you lose your property, as all Lost Property items  – whether mislaid in a store, restaurant or out in the malls – are sent to Guest Services as soon as they are found, usually within 24 hours. Every effort is made to reunite a lost item with its owner but sometimes items remain unclaimed.  All Lost Property is stored securely off-site and retained for three months after being handed in to Guest Services.  If the item remains unclaimed after three months LDO reserves the right to dispose of it as it sees fit.
