Our guests can hire, free of charge, wheelchairs and motorised scooters. Please complete the form below ahead of your visit or phone Guest Services on 020 3744 4470 (extension 0).

Guests can hire Shopmobility scooters at any time during trading hours until one hour before the closure of the Guest Services hub.

The mobility scooters must be returned at least 30 minutes before the centre closes. Please check our opening hours ahead of your visit.

On arrival

Please call Guest Services on 020 3744 4470 for your Shopmobility scooter to be brought to your car if you park in Red Car Park.

What we’ll need from you

As you would expect when loaning expensive equipment, there’s some paperwork to complete and for that we will need some information from you. We will ask you to complete the below Shopmobility hire form and also provide:

  • Proof of identification for you or, if you have a carer, for your carer – a current passport, driving license, or a blue badge
  • And, Proof of address – an original of a utility or council tax bill in your name (less than 3 months old)
  • £20 deposit (refundable) – we accept cards or cash (please note, if a card is used, the refund can take a few days to return into your account)

Our expert team will train you on how to use a scooter (first-time users) and then you’re good to go!
